Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Timeframes and Charges: Cancelling 2 to 7 Days before the scheduled session: will incur a 15% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Cancelling 24 hours or less than the scheduled session: will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. No show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. 2. How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please reach out to me via email or text. I will cancel your order from the system and process your refund (if applicable). 3. Refunds: The refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request. Keep in mind that processing time may vary based on your payment provider. 4. Exceptions: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you're facing a medical emergency or extenuating situation, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs. 5.
