Let vibrations guide you into deep calm and  inner balance

Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the ancient Hindus, the Icaros (medicine melodies) of various Indigenous peoples from Central and South America, or Pythagoras' use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.

 

Sound Healing is a technique based on the concept of resonance, which refers to the vibratory frequency of objects. As happens to all the elements that make up the universe, our body, our organs and our cells are in constant vibration. When these vibrations do not produce the proper resonance, they become dissonant, which can lead to health problems (physical, mental or emotional). Through the application of sound frequencies in the energy fields that surround the body, Sound Healing manages to stimulate certain specific areas of the brain that help you relax and release tension.

How does this session work?

  1. Come to the session with the openness to accept the sounds and vibrations to help you relax
     

  2. Understand how sounds and vibrations have a deep impact on your body and how it is able to make cellular changes in your body
     

  3. Experience guided exercises to create a relaxing atmosphere for you to receive primordial soundscapes and vibrations for yourself. This can include techniques for using your voice as a healing tool through chanting and toning
     

  4. Enjoy the depth of the sounds as you relax and let your body take it all in; experience the deep relaxation and meditation facilitated by the sounds and vibrations
